Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
- 6 tbl Butter
- 6 tbl Flour
- 3 cups Milk
- 1 pound shredded or small cubes sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2-1/2 cups Elbow Macaroni
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Add macaroni to 4 quarts of boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes stiring often. Drain and add to large baking dish (at least 4 qts)
- In a large frying pan, melt butter, add flour, cook together until it starts to brown.
- Add 1 cup of the milk, cook until smooth and bubbly, add 2nd cup, cook until smooth and bubbly, add the remainder of milk, cook until smooth and creamy. Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Add cheese and stir until it is melted and blended well.
- Pour over cooked macaroni and mix well.
Bake in covered dish at 350* oven for 45 minutes.
