Honey Glazed Chicken & Rice

Ingredients
  • 2 or 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves. Cut into 1" pieces.
  • Enough Rice to serve up to four
    Mix The Following Ingrediants Together And Set Aside
  • 1/2 Cup Clover Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • 2 Tbl. Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbl. Cornstarch

Directions
  1. Heat pan on medium-high heat. Add chicken, salt & pepper to taste.
  2. When all of the pink is gone, push the chicken to the sides leaving hole in the middle, pour in the Honey mixture, stir chicken rapidly into the sauce until all is coated and sauce has thickened some.
  3. Remove from the pan immediately.
  4. Serve over hot cooked rice. We like it over the Uncle Ben's, Chicken Flavored rice that you heat in micro for 90 seconds or your favorite rice is fine.
  5. Try brown or white rice cooked in Chicken Broth, follow directions on package.
