Gratin Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Russet Potatoes (scrubbed clean)
- 1 Clove Garlic chopped very fine
- 1-1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmeasan Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 450*
Directions
- Rub the bottom of an 8" saute pan with the garlic, leave in the pan.
- Add 1 cup cream and place over high heat.
- Add salt & pepper
- Add potatoes sliced to 1/4".
- When all potatoes are added, add remaining cream.
- Transfer all ingrediants to a 8 X 8 baking pan, sprinkle top with Parmesan, use as much as you like.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is nicely browned. Serve hot.
