Goulash

Ingredients
  • 3# Lean Hamburg
  • 3 Med Onions (diced in larger pieces)
  • 3 Green Peppers (diced in larger pieces)
  • 3 Cups Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 #10 Can Of Diced Tomatoes
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Add Water as needed

Directions

  1. Cook Macaroni and set aside
  2. In a twelve qt. pot, fry the Hamburg, Onions, leaving the Hamburg in nice bite size pieces.
  3. When almost done, add the Peppers and Tomatoes.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, add the cooked Macaroni
  5. Simmer for two hours or until it all marries together
