Goulash

Ingredients
- 3# Lean Hamburg
- 3 Med Onions (diced in larger pieces)
- 3 Green Peppers (diced in larger pieces)
- 3 Cups Elbow Macaroni
- 1 #10 Can Of Diced Tomatoes
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Add Water as needed
Directions
- Cook Macaroni and set aside
- In a twelve qt. pot, fry the Hamburg, Onions, leaving the Hamburg in nice bite size pieces.
- When almost done, add the Peppers and Tomatoes.
- Cook for 15 minutes, add the cooked Macaroni
- Simmer for two hours or until it all marries together
