Fried Apples

Ingredients
- 2 tbs butter
- 6 to 8 Fuji Apples (peel & cut into thick slices)
- 1/3 Cup Light Brown Sugar (more if using tart apples)
- 1 or 2 tsp cinnamon (depending on your taste)
- 2 or 3 tbs water (only if apples are dry)
Directions
- Add Butter to skillet over medium heat. When melted, add apples and cook for about ten minutes or until fork tender.
- Add brown sugar and toss apples to coat evenly.
- Remove from hear and sprinkle with cinnamon, stir to evenly coat apples.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
- Makes four servings
