Chicken Or Pork Fajita's

Ingredients
- 12 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or two large bonless pork chops (loin)
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Orange Pepper
- 1 Yellow Pepper
- 1 Large Onion
- Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 12" Tortillas
- Sour Cream
- Salsa
Directions
- Cut Veggies into bite sized pieces.
- Cut meat into 1" pieces.
- Add olive oil to hot pan, add meat, salt & pepper to taste, brown until done.
- In a seperate pan, stir fry your veggies in Olive Oil until tender,salt & pepper to taste. Don't over cook.
- Stir in the Veggies and serve hot. Warm the Tortillas, add Meat mixture, grated Cheese, Sour Cream, and Salsa to taste
