Chicken Or Pork Fajita's

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or two large bonless pork chops (loin)
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Orange Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Large Onion
  • Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 12" Tortillas
  • Sour Cream
  • Salsa

Directions
  1. Cut Veggies into bite sized pieces.
  2. Cut meat into 1" pieces.
  3. Add olive oil to hot pan, add meat, salt & pepper to taste, brown until done.
  4. In a seperate pan, stir fry your veggies in Olive Oil until tender,salt & pepper to taste. Don't over cook.
  5. Stir in the Veggies and serve hot. Warm the Tortillas, add Meat mixture, grated Cheese, Sour Cream, and Salsa to taste
