Coney Island Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound hamburg 90% lean is good
- 1 1/2 onion, chopped fine
- 2 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp heaped ground red pepper
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1-12 oz can tomato paste
Directions
- Brown hamburger and onion breaking up the large pieces.
- Then add all ingredients to this pan.
- Now add one cup boiling water and
simmer for one hour, add more water as necessary to maintain a sauce.
- Add a pinch of sugar if needed.
