BBQed Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 to 6 pork chops
Directions
- Add butter & onions to a large skillet & simmer until clear.
- Add remaining ingredients (no chops). Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add chops and simmer Slowly until tender (from 1 - 1+1/2 hrs depending on thickness of chops.
